Platinum Care Warranty for Sun Flux
Warranty Period
This Platinum Care Warranty (“Warranty”) is valid for one (1) year from the date of your purchase of the Sun Flux Solar Hot Water Inverter (“Product”).
What Is Covered
If your system fails for any reason, including acts of God, within the Warranty Period, we will replace it with a brand new Sun Flux Solar Hot Water Inverter at our expense.
How to Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and details about the issue you’re facing with the Product. Upon approval, you’ll receive instructions to return the damaged or faulty unit.
Return Policy
In order to qualify for a replacement, you must return the original unit that has failed. Once the unit is received and inspected, we will promptly send you a brand new replacement.
Limitation of Liability
This Warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any damages, including consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
