Warranty Information
We are proud to now offer a 12-month “Platinum Care” replacement warranty on all Sunflux Gen 4 systems.
If your system fails for any reason in the first 12 months, it will be replaced with a brand new system, ASAP to minimise downtime. This can be extended up-to 5 years for a small fee – available here.
Sun Flux also carries a 2 year standard manufacturer warranty against any manufacturing faults or quality control issues.
Warranty Conditions
To action the Replacement Warranty, the faulty Product must be returned to us first. Standard Warranty – We will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the faulty Product. Our Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the faulty Product to us.
Exclusions
The Warranty does not cover reverse polarity damage if the system was not installed by a licensed solar installer in your state.
The Warranty also does not cover damage resulting from abuse, accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or non-compliance with Sunflux USA’s instructions for use.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
